Looks like their first product built on top of another commercial product, Ext JS, and pricing for both starts at $1295 per developer.

That’s a serious price. I didn’t see any free trial mechanism or such, but I didn’t dig too deep.

Looks like Ext.NET has a free trial for noncommercial use only. Presumably the intention is to allow evaluations by commercial customers.
“You can download and try Ext.NET for free. Commercial use requires the purchase of a license key.”
Ext JS has a free community edition for up to five developers.
